Further news to note is that the Victorian Government  boosted rebates as of  the 1st of July 2011 on  water efficient products.  For the first time, this also includes a $200 rebate on the purchase of a pool cover; which aids in reducing water usage, by reducing water-loss through evaporation. Go to www.water.vic.gov.au/rebates for further details of the rebates available on water-efficient products.
